The Children's Ministry of Calvary Apostolic Church is honored to serve the Lord in offering guidance and support to the spiritual growth and development of our community's children.
Every Sunday morning during the 10am service, children ages 4-11 participate in "KDZ church," a combined full service filled with children’s praise & worship songs, skits, activities and Bible stories. This service is intentionally aimed to meet students at their level with consideration to their various learning styles while allowing them an opportunity to connect with God and learn of Him in a real, personal way. In KDZ church, we encourage students to become involved in the ministry opportunities of the children's service as well, such as praying for their fellow students, teaching a 5 minute lesson, singing, and more, to help them find their place in God's kingdom and develop a heart for serving Him.
For children younger than 4, Sunday mornings offer a toddler class where they will hear Bible stories, play, and participate in activities suitable for their age and learning style.
During our Wednesday evening services at 7pm, CAC's children participate in the beginning of the adult service before they are dismissed to Bible teaching classes divided by ages, beginning at age 2 up to the age of 11.
Here at Calvary, we believe that every child matters, and that their ability to connect with God individually is of utmost importance. We're here to see the Lord's plan develop and unfold in each of their lives, and we feel deeply grateful to be able to support them in any way along their journey in following Him from the very beginning.
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
